  • Our service model includes an independent review of your current Record Keeper platform and a comparison to other strategies on the market.
  • We believe that targeted communication materials and ongoing engagement are among the most effective tools we have to empower your participants to save and invest regularly.
  • Our team will always be available to answer questions your employees have regarding their financial planning needs.
  • Whether it be a virtual or in-person meeting, recorded webinar, or monthly financial wellness newsletter, our team will help ensure that plan participants receive ongoing financial planning education, tailored to meet the needs of your employees.

Compliance

  • Our annual review process includes includes a complete internal audit of your Plan. We provide a detailed report demonstrating your efforts as a Fiduciary ensure that your Plan continues to meet your needs at a reasonable cost, engages your participants and is ERISA and DOL compliant.
  • As a 3(21), we will provide fiduciary coverage regarding a manageable list of investment options and fund monitoring as it relates to your fiduciary responsibilities under section 404(c)

Plan Design

  • Our process will take a goals-based approach to help you identify what the best Plan design is for the plan sponsor and plan participants. 
  • Our team will help you select investment options that will help you meet the longterm needs of your plan’s participants.
  • We provide guidance on the options that exist within the Plan design, the best ways to communicate the benefits of the Plan and engage participants.
  • Our team will review whether or not the current Plan design is suitable for the goals of the plan sponsor.

Fees and Expenses

  • We consult and negotiate on the 3 major plan expenses: Record Keeper and Advisor fees, TPA Fees and Fund Fees.
  • Our annual compliance review includes a stewardship report that helps provides full transparency on your Plan's expenses and will help you avoid the most common mistakes made by Plan Sponsors and Administrators.
  • We perform an independent audit which compares the fund fees and performance with their peers every quarter, and provide a detailed report to the Plan Administrator and Investment Committee.
